These include the promotion of Ryoko Oda to Associate and a close collaboration with the award-winning European firm of Mino Caggiula, Architect. This partnering brings together our New York boutique studio with a fresh, cutting-edge design team that will invigorate our US practice and offers our clients access to an elegant, sophisticated style of problem-solving that provides more resources than we could previously offer. Mino Caggiula’s projects, intriguing and profound, are the result of an exceptional career path. Originally trained in a Swiss construction company, he went from there to the Academy of Architecture in Mendriso, followed by Columbia University, tutored by Kenneth Frampton, to working with Steven Holl’s firm and collaborating with Elia Zenghelis on urban projects. The roots of his architectural philosophy, underpinned by practical construction knowledge and coupled with a broader theoretical vision, match sustainable conceptions with meticulous attention to buildable details. His work strives for a successful amalgam of ideation, art and construction excellence.
