The largest Taiwanese bank in the U.S approached SawickiTarella with their goal of creating a sleek, modern, three-story building, which would engage the community and establish its presence in the competitive New York financial market. The final design incorporated principles of Feng Shui, an atrium, and a contemplation garden.
